By accessing or using the QA AutoTest Accelerator program and Auto Test QA certification platform operated by TopNam Academy LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Payment and Refunds

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our content without prior written consent.

Certification Requirements

To earn a certificate, you must:

• Complete all required coursework and assignments
• Pass all required assessments and examinations
• Meet the minimum performance standards
• Comply with all program rules and academic integrity policies

We reserve the right to deny certification if requirements are not met or if academic dishonesty is detected.

Academic Integrity

You agree to complete all work honestly and independently. Cheating, plagiarism, or any form of academic dishonesty is strictly prohibited and may result in:

• Immediate removal from the program
• Revocation of certification
• No refund of fees paid

No Guarantee of Results

User Conduct

You agree not to:
